Manual Osteopaths charge $130-$200 per hour vs $100 for Massage Therapy.

Manual Osteopaths have unlimited options to specialize in areas of health, from athletes, pregnancy, low back pain, migraines, digestive issues to emotional balancing.

At Echo Ridge, we focus on the foundations of Clinical Osteopathy, Intuitive Palpation, and Buisness Mastery all in your first year.

Most Common Questions we are asked by potential students

  • Each student is given a mentor who will guide them through the program and perform the final exam. We offer a coaching style exam that feels more like a mentorship than stress filled moment. We want you to shine.

  • Our program is designed to allow you to learn while you work. In each class, we review real cases from your practice and coach you on assessment, technique, and integration, making every hour count toward your confidence and clinical skill.

  • At this time, we are not registered with provincial student loan programs. We understand that financing education can be challenging, which is why we are offering grants for 2026 cohorts.

    Many of our students begin applying what they learn right away and are able to increase their rates — some even pay off their tuition before graduating.

  • Our minimum student enrollment is 6 students to a maximum of 16. If you would like us to host a course in your area, reach out to us. We book hotel conference rooms and host our classes in a professional setting.

  • Many students find that with a 2 day once a month program, it can be cost effective to fly into the area where the program is being held.

  • Intuition is in all of us! You are born with it. It’s our job to bring it to your awareness. Our lead instructor has a natural talent for bringing yours to life and showing you how to integrate it into your life and work. Some tap in quickly, some take time, but everyone leaves understanding their unique connection style.

  • We accept individuals who have completed a previous health care education. Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Nursing. For a Type 2 Manual Osteopathic Designation.

  • At the moment, we are focused on the Type 2, one-year program. However, we do focus on foundational classical osteopathy, with an option to upgrade to a four-year specialty.
