Tissue Melting Level 1
What Tissue Melting Is
Tissue Melting is a hands-on osteopathic-informed approach that teaches you how to listen to tissue instead of forcing change into it.
Rather than using pressure to “release” muscles, Tissue Melting works by changing tissue viscosity—allowing the body to reorganize itself when it feels safe enough to do so. When tissue softens at a cellular level, circulation improves, nerve irritation settles, and the body regains its natural ability to self-correct.
This work begins with bone and deep structural tension, not muscle. Bones are living tissue, rich in mechanoreceptors, and often carry some of the loudest signals in the body. When bone tension is addressed first, muscles and fascia no longer need to guard.
