Meet the team
Denise Holland RMT, DOMP
Founder of Tissue Melting™ and visionary behind Echo Ridge Academy, Denise Holland has spent over 30 years immersed in the healing arts. With a background in Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Osteopathy, and Matrix Repatterning, she brings a rare depth of experience to her teaching—and a passion that can’t be faked.
As a long-time college instructor in both massage and osteopathy, Denise noticed something missing in traditional education. While tutoring countless students, she realized that most programs focused on technique—but rarely taught therapists how to feel, trust, and embody their work. She saw a need for something more—a place where learning happens through resonance, intuition, and real-world application.
That calling led to the creation of a new ERA of education for healers.
One where material is taught in a way that’s easy to absorb, deeply felt, and aligned with each therapist’s unique energy field.
Denise has trained in nearly every advanced modality available, but her true gift lies in making the complex feel simple—and helping therapists unlock their own healing superpowers. As a healer, coach, mentor, and teacher, she’s redefining what mastery looks like in the next generation of manual therapy.
Dessica Kirschner RMT MOP
After years of mentorship under Denise Holland, Dessica emerged as a powerful force in the next generation of healers. From the moment they met, she recognized something different in Denise—her ability to teach with clarity, patience, and a spark that made every lesson unforgettable.
What began as curiosity quickly became devotion. Dessica spent nearly all her free time mastering what she came to call her “superpower” as a massage therapist—the ability to feel, listen, and respond to the body with precision and trust.
Under Denise’s guidance, she fully immersed herself in the osteopathic principles of subtle touch, deep listening, and allowing the body to heal itself. It wasn’t long before she understood what few do:
A true osteopath doesn’t fix the body—they invite it to return to balance. And they do it with a magnetic touch.
Now, Dessica brings that same passion and presence to her own practice and teaching, inspiring others the way she was once inspired.

Trevor Cameron Bsc,
Raised in the world of manual therapy, Trevor Cameron grew up with healing in his bones. As the son of Denise Holland, he spent his childhood being “practiced on”, not just as a patient, but as a partner in learning. From his mom’s treatment table to the sidelines of his competitive hockey team and his sister’s dance crew, Trevor was immersed in the power of hands-on healing from the start.
With a Kinesiology degree and a sharp instinct for what makes a great therapist, Trevor developed a passion not just for health, but for health systems, structure, and education. Having witnessed countless therapists come through his mom’s pain clinic, he became fascinated by the subtle differences that set exceptional healers apart. Sensitive by nature, he learned to “read” therapists with a precision few possess, long before most recognized their own potential.
Now serving as Academic Administrator at Echo Ridge Academy, Trevor keeps the school grounded, organized, and full of momentum. He ensures the logistics run smoothly, the vision stays aligned, and the learning environment stays both high-performing and full of laughs. His leadership blends heart, humour, and sharp insight, an essential force behind the scenes of a revolutionary program.
