Meet the Founder
With over 30 years in the health and wellness industry, Denise Holland is both a seasoned Registered Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopath, recognized for her expertise in chronic pain, intuitive palpation, and advanced bodywork.
She began her career studying Kinesiology, and quickly saw her passion expand into the hands-on world of manual therapy. Over the decades, Denise has worked in private practice, taught at multiple colleges across Canada, and mentored hundreds of therapists — helping them refine their skills and discover their unique gifts as healers.
While teaching, Denise recognized a serious gap in how education is delivered to RMTs. Too often, programs were heavy on theory and assignments but lacked practical integration into real-world practice. That realization became the seed for Echo Ridge Academy — a school designed exclusively for Canadian RMTs who want to upgrade into osteopathy without the overwhelm.
Today, Denise is also a PhD candidate, continuing her research and pushing the boundaries of how manual therapy and integrative healing are taught. Her blend of academic rigor, clinical experience, and intuitive insight make her uniquely qualified to lead the next generation of RMTs into their highest potential.

You don’t have to pay it all upfront. We offer payment plans and pay-as-you-go options so you can move through the program one module at a time, at a pace (and budget) that works for you.
Think of it as an investment in your career. In most practices, bringing in just one new client per week more than covers the monthly payment.
As part of our early bird scholarship, tuition is reduced significantly for those who register by September 30th.
